Meet Lilly
Hi! My name is Lilly Page. I am the Owner and Pastry Chef of Lil Sprout. Here is a little bit about me.
My passion for food was passed down to me from my parents who both love cooking and baking. When it came to delicious meals and desserts baked from scratch, we never went without. After graduating high school, I decided to take my passion to the next level by enrolling in culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Miami, FL. In 2015, I graduated with my Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry. Since then, I have worked in bakeries and high volume restaurants in California, Florida, North and South Carolina. In 2019, I moved to Charleston, SC and fell in love with the sense of community in small local businesses and Food & Beverage Industry. The jobs and opportunities I’ve had have molded and prepared me to start Little Sprout in May of 2021, renamed Lil Sprout in January 2023.
My husband, Wilson, and I have both been vegan since the fall of 2020. The plant-based lifestyle has changed our lives completely and for the better. Not only has our health improved, but our outlook on life and love as well.
