All items from Little Sprout, LLC are 100% VEGAN (dairy/egg free, no animal byproducts). ALL items contain SOY and AVOCADO. Most items contain COCONUT. All items are baked in a cottage kitchen, not subject to South Carolina’s food safety regulations, that uses WHEAT and TREE NUTS.

ALL CAKES AND CUPCAKES CONTAIN SOY, AVOCADO AND COCONUT.
Most cakes contain the following ingredients: All purpose flour, cane sugar, vegetable oil, oat milk, vanilla extract, flax meal, white vinegar, baking soda, baking powder and pink salt.
Buttercream: Avocado butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, coconut milk.
Additional ingredients depend on cake and buttercream flavors.

GLUTEN FREE
For my gluten free items, I use King Arthur All Purpose Gluten Free Flour.
